Hi, we’re Jamé and Jennifer Bolds! We believe the local church is the heartbeat of a community—it’s where friendships form, faith grows, and life happens together. Our passion is to build a loving, healthy church that connects Sunday faith to everyday life.

I (Jamé) oversee ministry at Victory, which includes the church, school, retirement community, and more. I share Sunday teaching with Pastor Stuart and lead efforts around whole-life discipleship. I’m also the CEO of the Pathmakers Foundation, a venture philanthropic foundation that helps ministries become economically sustainable. Fun fact: I’m Tejano—look it up! 😄

Jennifer Bolds, MA, MFT
Worship & Family Care Pastor

I lead worship and walk alongside families as a marriage and family therapist. As a professional musician, I love blending creativity with care. You’ll often find me at the beach, in my art studio, or working out at the Victory YMCA.

We’re both ordained with the Assemblies of God and hold degrees from Gordon-Conwell. Jamé also studied at Harvard, Rutgers, and is a Ph.D. Candidate at Universiteit van Stellenbosch.

Lead Pastor (Church Ministries)

Hey there! I’m Stuart Ross, Lead Pastor at Victory Church.

I have the joy of overseeing all our church ministries, helping us discover how faith can transform every part of our lives—our families, communities, and personal growth in Christ. My heart is to equip people for a lifelong journey of discipleship and Spirit-empowered living.

Before coming to Victory, I served as lead pastor of a multisite church in Ohio and held roles as a discipleship pastor, missionary to Bulgaria, and an assc dean at the University of Valley Forge.

Heather, my amazing wife, is an ESL teacher with Newport News Public Schools. We’re thrilled to be back on the Peninsula—where our story began, where we married, and where our two wonderful daughters were born. We’ve been married for 30 years and counting!

I’m ordained with the Assemblies of God, hold an M.Div., Regent Divinity School, and earned my D.Min, Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.

Discipleship is my passion. I’ve spent over a decade collaborating with Pastor Jamé, co-developer of Discipleship Dynamics. My doctoral project was built around Life in 5D, the book he co-authored.

I’m Ashley Wright! I bring over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, working both in the classroom and as a child development specialist. I’m excited to partner with you and your family here at Victory School to support your child’s growth in their walk of faith, academically, and socially. I look forward to getting to know you and your little one!

I hold a B.A., Stephen F. Austin State University and a M.Ed., Grand Canyon University both in Early Childhood Education.
